How I thinks.

01State machines beat booleans.

Complex workflows become easier when states and transitions are explicit.

02Model the domain first.

Business rules should be understandable before tables and APIs exist.

03Recovery paths are product design.

Verification, upload, video, and vendor flows will fail eventually.

04Read models are not write models.

Admin, learner, and operational views usually need different shapes.

05Auditability beats assumption.

Regulated systems need evidence, timestamps, reasons, and traceable changes.

06Operations are users too.

A system is incomplete if support and admin teams cannot operate it.

07Tradeoffs should be visible.

Hidden complexity becomes future maintenance cost.

08Architecture must earn itself.

Extra layers are useful only when they reduce real confusion.

About me.

I like building systems where requirements are ambiguous, rules are strict, and failure paths matter. That means asking practical questions early: what can fail, what needs auditability, what users misunderstand, what operations must maintain, and which rule will change later.

Domain first.Statuses, transitions, ownership, and business rules should be explicit.
Separate views from rules.Admin views, learner views, and operational views rarely need the same shape.
Architecture must earn its complexity.Clean boundaries are useful only when they reduce future confusion.
Design failed paths.Uploads, video, verification, and third-party SDKs need recovery flows, not only demos.
